What and Who is JIM? The Job Board Exclusive to Manchester that is attracting a lot of attention.

JIM (Jobs in Manchester) is a fantastic new initiative that has set its sights on finding the people of Manchester 1,000 jobs. JIM is a free job board for Manchester businesses that are showcasing available job positions with an M postcode to attract Manchester job seekers and other talent into Manchester.

Our campaign of ‘Getting Manchester Back on Track’ started on August 2020, we decided to start this campaign to try and get Manchester back to normal and thriving again! So far, we have gained a lot of interest and we are thrilled that our job board is already a great and supportive tool for businesses. Multiple jobs are now live on the job board and they include numerous jobs from the BBC, Manchester United, Zuto as well as other businesses in and around Manchester.

We offer JIM as a free service because we are aiming to aid in the continuing growth and development in the Manchester area. According to Manchester Council, Manchester’s economy is growing faster than the whole of the UK and JIM aims to contribute to this growth.

After 6 months of varying stages of lockdown, Manchester needs to take vital action and time to support our local businesses and job seekers! If we do this, we can actively attract and keep talent in the Manchester area.
