City Airport (also known as Barton Aerodrome), is a thriving general aviation airport situated in the City of Salford, just 5 miles from Manchester City Centre. We are a hive of activity, home to the North West Air Ambulance, pleasure flying, business aviation and also host a multitude of events throughout the year. Our goal is to ensure that City Airport can be a sustainable and thriving business and also a valuable and well respected aviation and local community asset.
