The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) was formed in April 2018 following the merger between Stockport College and Trafford College. Since then, a further merger took place in May 2021, with Cheadle and Marple 6th Form College joining the Group.
As a result of these two mergers, TSCG now operates across five main campus sites within Stockport and Trafford and serves around 11,000 students including education for adult learners, apprenticeships, Higher Education, and young people.
The purpose of TSCG is “Unlocking Potential, Fostering Success”. We pride ourselves on always striving to deliver the highest quality education and training to all our students and helping them realise their ambitions. And yet our purpose goes beyond the education we provide to individual students and relates to how we unlock the potential of the businesses, communities and our own TSCG colleagues with whom we work, and how who ultimately foster their success.
