This role is for a 6-month placement opportunity as a Junior Marketing Executive as part of the Kickstart scheme. As per the Kickstart scheme rules, all applicants should be submitted only after referral and discussion with your local Job Centre.
You will have a key role in growing our community of businesses. We are a unique business service which has grown its membership through very active promotion using word of mouth, social media, events and personality. You will continue that growth path. You need to enjoy using social media channels and be proactive with social media outreach. It’s not all about technology, you will happily engage with contacts and generally create a buzz around our business. You will find ways of engaging interest from our audience and show us how to enthusiastically promote our brand. And it’s not all online, you will have the opportunity to meet contacts in person at events, live and online and on the phone.
This is an interesting and varied role in a growing and innovative business which is making a stir in Manchester. The role will give our kickstarter hands-on experience of all elements of marketing.
Your enthusiasm and passion for marketing are key, if you have formal qualifications in marketing and social media that’s an advantage but what we are truly looking for are personable people can be as passionate about our brand as we are. You need to know how to use social media channels, you need to be literate, you need to enjoy engaging with people. Bring those talents to us and we will show you a role which you can thrive in.
