Clear Mind business & practice aims to help people to learn about and trust themselves (their Self) to manage whatever life might throw their way as we cannot the ups & downs but learn to manage them and develop or utilise the resources you are given; to manage rather than ‘cope’ with situations, to influence your options and outcomes; to have greater self awareness & emotional intelligence to manage relationships and opportunities. Trust and belief in my clients personal power & ability to make any necessary changes to keep growing and developing personally and professionally. Being open to listening and hearing, to speaking ones truth, which we develop as client-practitioner within a comfortable, safe ‘relationship’ of rapport, understanding, trust, transparency, integrity, congruence, acceptance.
