Kristin has innovative and accessible approach to yoga & she believes that anyone can do yoga. She specialises in modifying sessions to the needs of the group or the individual. After twenty years of experience & exploration of various types of yoga she knows that one system does not fit all. Kirstin is interested in teaching yoga in a way that allows for curiosity & exploration. By bringing awareness to how we move we have the potential to bring about change, to move more easefully.
