Baity is an independent restaurant established in 2018 as the first authentic Palestinian restaurant in the North West. Founded by Palestinian friends, Baity sets out to envelop you in the rich food tradition of our homeland of Palestine. Our menu transports you to the homes of Palestinian grandmothers and artisans, evoking rich memories using recipes handed down through the generations. Our food is prepared daily and menu items will change seasonally to feature dishes from Bethlehem to Nazareth and Gaza to Jerusalem, to allow you to experience Palestinian cuisine at it’s finest.’Baity’ means ‘my home’ in Arabic, and as such, we welcome you to our home, to break bread with us, to share our food and celebrate Palestine and her rich heritage.
